Recreational & Charity Events
Social events: I created a chat that would lead to the current 25+ Aztecs student organization at San Diego State University. I saw one too many posts online from non-traditional students who just couldn't make a connection on campus, and decided to create a special place for us to come together. Today, The 25+ Aztecs is an organization where non-traditional students ranging from 25-50+ can celebrate each other's achievements, share our woes, and build friendships to last a lifetime.
Charity events: One day, a group of my riding buddies were talking and somehow it was decided that I would put a bike night together. With little experience, but a passion for event planning, I dove right in. Soon after, I realized that the motorcycle community has a much larger heart than most people are aware of. So, I worked to pull the community together to raise money for victims of natural disasters and local children and families in need. And so began my adventure…

Motorcycle Meetup. Quickly assembled to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. 100% of proceeds were donated to the Red Cross Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.
